Cancellation Policy

Emergencies happen and people do unfortunately become ill. Your appointment is reserved for you, and no one else.

If necessary, scheduled appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty with 24 hours notice.

If notice is less than 24 hours, and My Tech Tutor is already in transit, student is liable for 90 minutes at the usual rate.
